Bob brought this meeting around. While the other professionals are probably 100% correct in their economic forecasts, it’s Bob the “Retail Doc” who turns the mood around. By daring the retailers in the crowd to believe in themselves he basically challenges all to rise above the average. Customer service is key, not how Wal-Mart is doing!
