one tip from me of being a good boss.. dont be a hypocrit !
you can contradict yourself, but dont be a hypocrit and tell your employee off !
i have been told to use one of me bosses techniques to resize a silver ring. it failed beacuse it wasnt practical for that ring !… i got told off pretty badly, he took it and resized it again… but in the end, he had to use the technique that i was preparing to do…
why do bosses never admit they are wrong ??
thats what i hate the most.
but guess what !?! …
but guess what !?! there was another jeweller who he doesnt boss around to go here go there everyday !, instead he tells me to do everything. not fair at all !!!
then he tells me why i didnt tell him what i can do or cant… i said ” if your son walks like a cripple, are you gonna tell him to go here , go there, go here, and go there?” he couldnt answer my question because he’s wrong.
if you are a bad boss, you wont have any loyal employees… i know thats a fact. if u dont believe me, try it!
i quit the job …
i quit the job because i my back was injured and i was walking with a limp on me right leg. i continued to work instead of going to the doctors because thats the way i am… i work till i cant walk.
he took me for granted, sarcastically said ” oh really !” when he asked why i was limping for 3 weeks. made me walk the whole city and i even told him ” im in pain, my legs are killing me … do i need to go there? ” he yelled at me ” I NEED THIS !”
that was the last thing i did for him, and quit

i ran my boss’s jewellery workshop for 5 weeks at one time, without getting any extra payment for being a manager, without even a thankyou from him. all i got was stress from his clients because he went overseas without telling any of them. when he came back from his holidays, he threw the book of all the things that came in and out… and told me that this is going to be a 3 day headache for him… what about me? the stress i went through, and the work i had to do! i quitted !
